Syrah | Merlot
80% Stainless Steel, 20% Slovakian and French Oak for 5 months
The grapes were cold fermented and co-fermented to achieve the aromatics, which are full of pepper, spices and light earthy notes. Full fermentation and ageing for 5 months took place in Slovakian and French oak to add some complexity and soften the tannins in the wine. Youthful with lots of dark forest fruit and dark chockolate on the nose. Medium bodied red with young texture, elegant tannins and long fruity finish.
